Recent data from Lands of America records about $31 billion in land, homesites and other rural acreage for sale in the Lone Star State. This covers over 5,168,000 acres of land for sale in the state. Of the 254 counties in the state, Comal County had the most land and farms for sale. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Texas had the most land sales.
